Skills & Abilities:
• Must possess leadership skills and ability to lead, train and develop sales team of respective region and business line under his control.
• To ensure implementation of marketing strategies.
• Must maintain close working relations with regional distributor and shall be able to create synergy with other managers of his region.
Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum graduation (Degree in Life Sciences will be preferred).
• Relevant experience of 3-5 years of successful sales management with reputable organization.

• To achieve or exceeds agreed sales target.
• Develop pool of key opinion leaders (KOL) in his District and ensure regular coverage of them through his team.
• To recruit, train and retain stable and effective team in the assigned district.
Qualification and Experience:
