REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS
IDA Credit No.5630-PKPUNJAB SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (PSDP)
The Government of the Punjab has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Punjab Skills Development Project (PSDP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for hiring consulting services (individual consultants). The individual consultants will be selected in accordance with the post-review of at least three applicant's method set out in the Consultant Guidelines. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection & Employment of Consultants (under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (Consultant Guidelines), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest. PSDP now invites eligible Individual Consultants having the following qualification and experience to indicate their interest in providing the Services. The eligible candidates would be shortlisted according to their qualification and experience:Communications Specialist
• Master's Degree (1' Division) in Project Management /Public Policy /Mass Communication or other relevant fields of Mass Communication (Mass Media) from HEC recognized university.• 5-years relevant experience in a well reputed private organization or donor agency.
Web Developer
• Bachelors (4 years) in IT/Computer Sciences from HEC recognized university or BA (2 years) with certification in Web or Graphic Design• Preferably 1-3 years' experience in a well reputed private organization or donor agency.
Administration Officer
