FAB MANAGER - FAISALABAD SERENA HOTEL
Job Profile:
An ideal candidate should be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate shall be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The incumbent shall make all out efforts to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement
Qualification / Experience:
BA/BSc/BBA/MBA in Management or equivalent with minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
SUPPORTIVE SKILLS:
• Well conversant with Food & Beverages trends, service standards and best practices
• Pleasing personality with sound Communication, Interpersonal & Leadership skills.
• Self-reliant with an ability to work with challenging targets & deadlines.
• International exposure though not necessary but would be an added advantage.
