7- Sindh(R)

IMPORTANT NOTES
a. In case a candidate possesses additional/ extra qualification, be sure that he/she must posses the advertised qualification from Govt recognized institution in required grade/division in any of above mentioned discipline to become eligible, otherwise application may be rejected.
b. Initially, shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and subsequently further shortlisting will be done before interviews.
c. Government Servants/Autonomous/ Semi Autonomous/ Corporation employees most only apply through proper channel otherwise their candidature will not be accepted.
d. No further relaxation in maximum age as mentioned above, against each category will be given, however under mentioned categories will be admissible age relaxation:-
(1) 3 years age relaxation is admissible to the candidates belonging to scheduled castes, Budhist community, recognized Tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas.
(2) 3 years age relaxation is admissible to the candidates belonging to Sindh(R) and Balochistan for above posts.
(3) 15 years (or) the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan whichever is less is admissible to the released or retired personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
(4) 10 years age relaxation is admissible to Government servants who have completed 2 years of continuous government service on the closing date.
(5) 10 years age relaxation is admissible to disabled persons for posts in BPS-15 and below.
(6) Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category specified above, he/she will be allowed relaxation in age only in one category favourable to him/her.
(7) 5 years age relaxation admissible to widow, son or daughter of deceased NAB Employee who dies during services.
e. Quotas are applicable as per Federal Government policy/ rules.
f. In case the candidate is applying with a qualification as equivalent to the advertised qualification a certificate from IBCC or Higher Education Commission as the case may be to this effect will also be required to be attached along with application.
g. If a candidate is interested to apply for more than one posts, a separate application may be forwarded, otherwise the application will not be entertained.
h. The above posts will be governed by organization's own rules framed from time to time.
i. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in any test/interview.
j. Security Clearance/Medical Examination will be conducted for selected candidates.
k. Number of advertised posts may be increased or decreased at the time of final selection.
I. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
m. Desirous candidates who fulfill above said criteria may forward their applications as per given format (without any copy of documents).
n. Name of the applied post should be written boldly on the Top right corner of envelope.
o. Age, Qualification and Experience shall be counted/ examined as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
p. Result awaited candidates are not eligible to apply.
q. Dual Nationality holders are not eligible to apply in terms of section 3.
13 of NAB Employees Terms and Conditions of Services (TCS), 2002. All candidates (except age issues) are provisionally allowed to appear in the test (written, shorthand and typing), subject to verification of credentials after clearance of written, shorthand and typing test.

HOW TO APPLY
Last Date for submission of forms Monday 15th February, 2016
• Application Form and online deposit slip are available on National Testing Service Website www.nts.org.pk
• Please pay the prescribed test/ processing fee through online deposit slip in any of the country-wide online branches of HBL, MCB, UBL or ABL. (For the post at Sr. No. 1 to 2 the test fee is Rs.475/-; while for the post at Sr. No. 3 to 7 the test fee of Rs.300/- will be charged).
• Application without deposit slips will not be entertained.
• Deposited amount is non refundable and non transferable.
• Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.
• NTS will not be responsible for the late receipt of applications sent through post or by any courier service.
• Candidates are required to send their application to NTS Headquarters, Islamabad on prescribed Form along with paid online deposit slip (original).
