Our client, Pakistan LNG Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company of Government Holdings (Private) Limited, a state owned company in Pakistan, is looking for a dynamic and experienced professionals for the positions of Managing Director/CEO, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.Managing Director & CEO
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the MD will provide strategic direction, achieve ambitious business goals and meet the expectations of all the stakeholders. More specifically the MD will be responsible for strategy development, overseeing business operations and support functions, approve policies and procedures etc The Ideal candidate should hold a minimum of Bachelor's Degree from a renowned & recognized university or institution(s) in any or combination of Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Energy Management, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration and Law. The candidate should be minimum 40 years of age having a minimum of 15 years' post qualification experience including at least 10 years' experience in a senior management position at a large public or private sector company. The candidate should be of Pakistani origin who should have profound understanding of the energy sector of Pakistan.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The GM OPS will be responsible for the overall operations of the terminal. He will coordinate business operations, develop business strategies and goals, develop and oversee operations budgets, procurement, and HR function etc. The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of Bachelor's Degree from a renowned & recognized university or institution(s) in any or combination of Engineering, Marketing, Economics. Energy Management, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration and Law. The candidate should be minimum 40 years in age with at least 15 years of experience in a similar type of organization.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The CFO will be overall responsible for providing leadership to the Finance division with focus on strategic planning, execution, directing, controlling and staffing function of the division and possess experience in the areas of preparation of budgets, annual accounts, fund management, taxation & financial analysis etc. The ideal candidate would be a member of recognized body of professional accountants, be minimum 40 years in age and possess at least 15 years of post qualification experience of which 5 years at senior management position. All positions require excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, high degree of maturity and ability to deal with people at all levels.The selected candidates will be offered three (3) years contract which may be extendable based on performance. Market based salary and other perks & privileges, commensurate with the experience will be offered. Qualified and experienced expatriate Pakistanis may also apply.
