MBA Finance/ 16 years of relevant degree, recognized from a local or foreign reputed University. 12 years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. Should have experience in partnering with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills. Must have hands on experience to work with Government department and international donors. Have knowledge of latest ERP and PPRA rules.

Director( Software Engineering) (01) (ND)
Age: 45 Years Maximum.
16 years of education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or Electrical Engineering. 12 years of relevant experience and demonstration ability through previous experience in a leadership position. Ability to develop Strategic IT plans that help meets organizational objectives. Ability to develop mechanism for evaluation understanding of current information technology trends and solutions. Experience of planning and managing rollout of enterprise-wide technology solutions and software applications.

Joint Director (IT Operations) (01) (ND)
Age: 45 Years Maximum.
16 years of formal education with an MBA degree from a world class university. MS or advanced degree in an ICT area in addition preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in technology management and strategy, and product development. Must have current knowledge of and experience with world class ICT solutions and strategies, with a disciplined view of marketing and deployment. Outsourcing, joint ventures development and some financial/investment background preferred in addition.

Age: 45 Years Maximum.
MBA HRM/ 16 years of relevant degree recognized from a Local or Foreign reputed University. Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resource in a large corporation. Should have experience in implementing HR policies. Must have hands-on-experience to work with Government department and international donors.

Software Developer (10) (ND)
Age: 35 Years Maximum.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on-post-qualification experience in development, with a reputed IT Organization including excellent knowledge of required technologies. Strong object oriented Design and Programming concepts, data structures, database knowledge, algorithm design, problem solving. Experience in implementing communication with API servers via web-services using EON and XML. Strong debugging, analytical and optimization skills. Must have good communication skills.
